How Do I Schedule a Playlist?

You can schedule a playlist through the Schedules section in the Audalize Portal. The calendar operates on a weekly basis, allowing you to choose what music plays at different times throughout the day.

Scheduling a Playlist

To schedule a playlist:

1. Open the Schedules section in the Audalize Portal.
2. Select the correct Zone you would like to schedule from the menu.
3. Click Create Timeslot.
4. Set your preferred start and end times.
5. Choose whether you would like the timeslot to repeat on specific days of the week, or enable All Day if you want it to run continuously.
6. Scroll down and select the playlist or bucket you would like to schedule.
7. Click Save Schedule to apply your changes.

Your selected playlist will now play during the scheduled timeslot.

Using Atmosphere Scheduling

If you don’t want to select a specific playlist, you can use the Atmosphere option when creating a timeslot.

Atmosphere allows you to describe the type of mood or experience you want for your venue, and Audalize will automatically create a music selection based on your description.

For example:

• “Relaxed Sunday brunch with acoustic music and a warm, welcoming feel.”
• “Upbeat Friday night atmosphere with modern hits and high energy.”

You can also add up to five reference songs to help guide the system and match the style you’re looking for.

Once submitted, Audalize will generate a customised music atmosphere based on your description and selected reference tracks.
