How to disable SONOS Radio or Spotify in the SONOS App

Sometimes a customer may play Spotify or SONOS radio. If this happen the Audalize player will show music playing, but no Audalize music is heard on the speaker. The customer will need to deselect the speakers from the current source so that Audalize

  1. Open the SONOS app on the customers mobile device.
  2. Tap the Picture 1 icon
  3. Select the zone that is playing SONOS Radio or Spotify
  4. On the speaker that has the Picture 1-1 , tap the Picture 1-1 to deselect. If multiple speakers are present, deselect ALL speakers.
  5. Click Picture 1-2
  6. The SONOS app will now say “No Rooms Selected”. Tap YES to continue.
  7. In a moment the app will then show the speaker as not playing anything.
  8. Now restart the player by pressing the power button.

When the player restarts it will now find the speaker it was previously configured for and will start playing.
