# How to Set a User’s Permission?

You can manage your team members and control their access levels through the **Settings** section in the Audalize Portal.

**Changing a User’s Permission**

To change a user’s role:

1. Go to **Settings**.
2. Select **Users**.
3. Find the user you would like to update.
4. Select their current role and choose the new permission level.

To assign a **Manager** or **Customer Admin** role, you must first invite the user as a **User**.

Once they accept the email invitation, you can update their permission level and upgrade their access.

Assigning the correct permission level helps ensure each team member has the right access while keeping your venue settings secure.
