# How to Upload a Promotion?

You can upload your own custom content, including images and videos, through the **Promotions** tab in the Audalize Portal.

 To Upload a Promotion:

1. Go to the **Promotions** tab.
2. Click **Upload Promotion**.
3. Select the image or video file from your computer.
4. Enter a name for your promotion.
5. Select your target **Promotion Zone**.
6. Set your promotion schedule, including: 
     - Publish dates.
     - Days of the week.
     - Active play times.
7. Click **Create Promotion**.

Your promotion will display on your selected screens according to the schedule you have created.

**Note:** The maximum file size for both images and videos is **100 MB**.
