I Received a Tracking Number But Have Not Received my Player Yet.

If you have received your tracking number via email or sms, we encourage you to log onto the courier website (details provided to you in the email or sms) and type in the tracking number. If the tracking number supplied not valid, please rasie a ticket with our Support team and we will review your case to get a status of your Player location as quick as possible.

 Dial 1300 AUDALIZE (150 295) or you can send an Online Chat Inquiry which you will find the Chat Icon  at the bottom of your screen.  We will source the player device through our shipping partner and make sure you will receive the device as soon as possible.
