When I Connect My Player for the First Time, Is There a Default Playlist Ready to Play? 

When your Audalize Player is connected for the first time, there will already be music available to play. We may assign a placeholder playlist initially, or our curation team will prepare your music setup during the onboarding process after completing your Music Brief.

Our curation team will work with you to create a music experience that matches your venue, brand style, and desired atmosphere.

As part of onboarding, you will complete a Music Brief with our curators. This helps us understand your venue, target audience, music preferences, and the type of experience you want to create for your customers.

Based on your Music Brief, our curation team will prepare your playlists and schedule the right music for your venue.

Once your setup is complete, your Audalize Player will be ready to deliver your customised music experience.
