Why is there no music playing in Audalize Radio?

If you're unable to hear any music, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure your device's volume is turned up and not muted.
  • Confirm that your internet connection is active and stable.
  • Pause the station, then resume playback.
  • Close and reopen the Audalize Radio app.
  • If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app, then try again.


If the Audalize Radio app is not loading or is stuck on the loading screen, try the following:
