Can I Change My Music Schedule?

Yes, you can easily update your music schedule through the Schedules section in the Audalize Portal. The calendar operates on a weekly basis, allowing you to adjust playlists, buckets, and channels based on your venue’s needs.

From the Schedules section, you’ll see your available playlists, buckets, and channels on the left side of the screen.

To update your music schedule:

1. First, select the correct Zone you would like to modify from the menu.
2. Click Create Timeslot.
3. Set your preferred start and end times.
4. Choose whether you would like the timeslot to repeat on specific days of the week, or enable All Day if you want it to run continuously.
5. Scroll down and select the playlist or bucket you would like to play during that timeslot.
6. Click Save Schedule to apply your changes.

Using Atmosphere Scheduling

When creating a new timeslot, you’ll also see an option called Atmosphere.

Atmosphere allows you to describe the type of experience you want for your venue instead of selecting a specific playlist manually. Audalize will use your description to create a music selection that matches your requested mood and style.

For example, you can enter:

• “Relaxed Sunday brunch with acoustic music and a warm, welcoming feel.”
• “Upbeat Friday night atmosphere with modern hits and high energy.”

You can also add up to five reference songs to help guide the system and better match the sound you’re looking for.

Once submitted, Audalize will automatically generate a customized music atmosphere based on your description and selected reference tracks.
