It’s Sad to hear that you would like to Cancel your Subscription with us. But if you wish to cancel your Subscription plan, you are required to Email your Customer Account Manager or Business Development Manager to discuss option and pay out any remaining agreement terms.
E.g. You signed up to a 36-month contract and after 24-months you wish to cancel, you will be billed a final charge of 12-months which is what is left of the agreement term.
