How to Create a User?


  1. Go to Users tab on the left side of the page  >  Click Add New People
  2. Select User Role  >  Enter New User Email Address and Name  >  Click Invite


Roles: 

Administrator – has the ability to change and add anything with full access. 

Curator – may only import playlists from Spotify, add to library from the catalogue and manually trigger playlists/song. A Curator cannot change the schedule.   

Scheduler – may only change the schedule but not import playlists from Spotify, add to library from the catalogue nor manually trigger playlists/songs. They may however adjust the Schedule by drag ‘n dropping new playlists onto the schedule or changing the order of what is already on the schedule.   

User – a user account is a limited account which only allows searching of a playlist/song and manually triggering a playlist/song (adding to playing queue).
