How to Edit a Promotion?

You can manage and update your custom screen content through the Promotions tab in the Audalize Portal.

The Promotions section allows you to upload your own custom content, including images and video advertisements, to display on your venue screens.

To Edit a Promotion:
  1. Go to the Promotions tab.
  2. Select the promotion you would like to update.
  3. Edit the promotion details, including:
    • Promotion name.
    • Publish dates.
    • Days of the week.
    • Active play times.
    • Target promotion zone.
  4. Save your changes.

Your updated promotion will display according to the schedule and settings you have selected.

Note: When uploading new promotional content, the maximum file size for both images and videos is 100 MB.
