If the music has stopped playing unexpectedly, log into you Portal account and check the following items.
- Player Device turned on?
- DAC Leads connected to the AV Unit?
- Is the internet connection still connected to the Player Device?
- Has a playlist been scheduled?
- Is the music paused?
You can restart your player device by turning the power off and on after a few minutes and double check the wires and cables connected to the player. If you have checked everything on the list and still unable to hear any music playing, dial 1300 AUDALIZE (150 295). We’ll assist you as soon as possible to get your music up and running.
