I have Plugged in the Cables But Cannot Get Any Sound?

If you have plugged in all the cables as per the Quick Start Set Up Guide, log into your Portal account and confirm you have music scheduled for playing. If you still have no sound, recheck your cable connection.  As a result of checking the cable connection, please lodge a ticket with our Support team.
